From being one of the 10 finalists, Camarines Norte Provincial Capitol CEC/TECH4ED emerged as among the top three. And more than that our very own Provincial Capitol CEC/TECH4ED Center WON as the Most Outstanding Center and the People`s Choice Awardee of the DICT National Tech4Ed Center Awards 2019 held at Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City.
