The budget forum was facilitated by the provincial budget office headed by Ms. Mercy Alfuerte -Provincial Budget Officer with the assistance of the Provincial Planning and Development Office headed by Ms. Elena B. Austria. Gov. Ricarte Dong Padilla attended the said forum and reiterated his plans and programs for CY 2023. In attendance were the department heads/chiefs of office of the provincial government.
