Blessing of newly improved emergency rooms and private rooms in Camarines Norte Provincial Hospital (CNPH) led by Gov. Dong Padilla and Vice Gov. Jospeh V. Ascutia. The high-ranking officials of the province attended their first flag-raising ceremony at the CNPH before the said blessing and ribbon cutting together with the employees of the CNPH.
