On June 21, 2023, Governor Ricarte "Dong" Padilla and Vice Governor Joseph Ascutia led the distribution of financial assistance along with Anica Padilla, Vice Mayor Kuatro Padilla, Lukad De Lima and the Community Affair Office (CAO) for the beneficiaries of the Provincial Government High School Educational Assistance Program (PGHSEAP) for grade 7 students in Jose Panganiban and Paracale.
A total of 1,537 grade 7 pupils from Jose Panganiban and Paracale received financial support from the Provincial Government. For students from low-income families, the PGHSEAP financial support can help to pay costs such as miscellaneous fees, textbooks, school supplies, transportation, and even examination fees, making education more accessible and affordable for them.
The program's goal is to motivate and aid deserving but underprivileged kids in obtaining a quality education for their development. The initiative seeks to provide students whose families lack consistent financial resources for their education. A grant of P2,000.00 is given to the beneficiary by the provincial government.
