From just over 2,000 scholars in the 2021-2022 administration, the number of grantees has now grown to more than 4,000. These scholars come from both private and public schools across the province of Camarines Norte, to improve the quality of education in the region.

Through this program, we are not only helping students achieve their dreams but also empowering them to become productive citizens of our province. Their success reflects the success of Camarines Norte.
