PGCEAP grantee-graduates and achievers, tumanggap ng sertipiko ng pagkilala at cash incentives - Pinangunahan ni Gob. Ricarte ‘Dong’ Padilla ang 9th Recognition Rites for CNPGCCEAP Graduates and Achievers sa CN Agro-Sports Center dakong hapon noong Hulyo 19. Sa 461 grantee-graduates, 153 ang nagtapos na may matataas na karangalan na binigyan ng kaukulang sertipiko at cash incentives: 8 magna cum laude – P4,100.00 bawat isa; 35 cum laude, tig-P3,000.00, at tig-P1,000.00 para sa 108 academic distinction awardees.
Pinarangalan din ang mga dating CNPGCEAP grantees na nakapasa sa board/licensure exams: 10 civil engineering passers; 1 mechanical engineering paser; 6 electrical engineering passers, 1 agriculture and biosystems engineering passer, 4 certified public accountants, 4 master plumbers, 21 LET passers, 8 registered nurses, at 3 registered criminologists.
Ang 461 grantee-graduates ay mula sa sumusunod na bayan: Basud-36, Capalonga-26, Daet-80, Jose Panganiban-38, Labo-68, Mercedes-37, Paracale-25, San Lorenzo Ruiz-30, San Vicente-13, Sta. Elena-26, Talisay-37, at Vinzons-45.
Sa mensahe ni Gob. Padilla, ipinaabot niya na mas palalawakin niya ang PGCEAP sa pamamagitan ng pagkalap ng pondo sa iba’t-ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan. Sinabi niya na dadagdagan niya ng 3,000 ang kasalukuyang bilang ng grantees ngayon na 2,048. Dumalo rin sa okasyon sina Ms. Anika Padilla, Special Assistant to the Governor at si Ms. Diday R. Abaño, CAO Consultant.

They took their Oath before executive judge Evan Dizon witnessed by supporters, party mates, and provincial government employees at the Camarines Norte Agro Sports Center. with guest speaker DOT ROV Regional Director Herbie Aguas.
