Moll served as resource person and discussed various issues concerning women empowerment, equality and many more. This is to support students/Parents and Teachers who do not have internet access in their homes. They can access the Learner Enrollment form of the Department of Education. The Provincial Capitol TECH4ED Center is located in front of the Provincial Library at the provincial Capitol Compound.

Naipamahagi na ang educational financial assistance para sa 216 Grade 7 students ng Mercedes High School na nagkakahalaga ng tig-P2,000 bawat isa sa kabuuang pondo na P432,000.00, umaga ng July 21, 2020 at ito ay isinagawa sa Jimmy P. Lo Sports Complex ng bayan ng Mercedes.
Pinangunahan ng Community Affairs Office ang nasabing aktibidad at ang mga magulang ng mag-aaral ang tumanggap ng nasabing halaga dahil bawal pa ring lumabas ng tahanan ang mga menor de edad, susog na rin sa direktiba sa ilalim ng Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) dulot ng COVID-19. Mahigpit ring ipinatupad sa pamamahagi ang tamang health protocols sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuot ng face mask at physical distancing.
Ang PGHSEAP ay isa sa mga programa ng Provincial Government na nagbibigay ng tulong at ayuda para sa mga kwalipikadong mag-aaral ng Grade 7 sa buong lalawigan ng Camarines Norte na naisakatuparan sa panahon ng panunungkulan ni Governor Egay Tallado,

Simula noong Pebrero 2020 ay nauna nang namahagi sa bayan ng San Lorenzo Ruiz, San Vicente, Sta. Elena, Capalonga at Basud. Hindi natuloy ang pamamahagi sa ibang bayan dahil sa ‘lockdown’ na ipinatupad simula noong ika-16 ng Marso 2020 dahil sa ‘Covid-19 pandemic’. Sa susunod na dalawang linggo ay isusunod na ang pamamahagi sa 6 pang bayan: Vinzons, Daet, Mercedes, Jose Panganiban, Paracale at Labo.
