Ginanap ngayong ika-30 ng Enero 2024 ang pagbigay ng pangkabuhayang kagamitan sa 73 na benepesyaryo na nagmula sa iba't-ibang bayan ng Camarines Norte. Ito ay handog ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Camarines Norte sa pamumuno ni Gobernador Ricarte "Dong" R. Padilla at Bise Gobernador Joseph V. Ascutia, pinangunahan ito ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), katuwang ang Public Employment Services Office (PESO) Idinaos ang naturang programa sa Agro Sports Center, Provincial Capitol Grounds, Daet, Camarines Norte.
Sa hangaring ng Administrayong Padilla-Ascutia na maging katuwang ng bawat CamNorteño kanilang pangkabuhayan, makabuluhang isinakatuparan ang nasabing assistance para sa mas malago na hanapbuhay tungo sa progresibong kinabukasan.

Umabot sa 681 kabataang CamÑorteno mula sa iba’t- ibang paaralan sa lalawigan ang nakatanggap ng Educational Assistance, sa ilalim ng programang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ngayong araw, Enero 30, 2024.
Sa mensaheng ipinaabot ni Vice Governor Joseph Ascutia, nagpasalamat ito kay Senator Tulfo sa tulong na ibinigay nito sa mga mag-aaral ng Camarines Norte gayundin, hinimok niya ang mga kabataan na pagbutihin ang kanilang pag-aaral at gamitin ang natanggap na educational assistance sa tamang pamamaraan. “Mga kabataan, use this money para maging maganda at maayos ang inyong kinabukasan dahil hindi lagi makatatanggap ng limang libong Educational Assistance.”
Ang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program ay isinasagawa ng DSWD na may layuning makapagbigay ng tulong pinansyal sa bawat mag-aaral upang matugunan ang kanilang school fees, allowances, school projects at iba pa. Ang programang ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ni Senador Raffy Tulfo dito sa ating lalawigan.
Ang distribusyon ay pinangunahan nina Vice Governor Ascutia, Political Officer of Senator Tulfo Roferth Dayao, Board Member Stanley Alegre, Ms Anica Padilla at PSWD Officer Cynthia Dela Cruz.
